Executive Support Manager
Based in Northwich
37 hours per week
Salary £29,000 per annum
We are looking for a hands-on and approachable professional to manage the Executive Support function, ensuring consistent quality and standards are met in relation to all legislative requirements and in line with best practice.
You will manage the internal HR systems, with support from our Employment Law, HR, and H&S Consultants, to ensure that all necessary people management and development activity required to support the organisation is delivered in a timely and effective manner including the HR records and employee relations matters, managing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all new hires.
You will also provide administrative support to the CEO and Executives managing various projects on their behalf to support the organisation’s objectives.
In addition, you will be the main point of contact for Trustees, facilitating quarterly meetings & the AGM, in line with Charity Commission guidelines.
As this post involves communicating with D/deaf people, a certificate in BSL Level 2, or the ability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge would be beneficial; however, this is not essential as full training will be given.
