Job Description:

Position:          Administrator


Reports to:       General Manager


Location:          Hollingbury Park and Waterhall Golf Course – Brighton


Salary:              £7,800 pro-rata annual salary (£7.50 per hour), dependent upon skills and experience

Job Type:         Permanent, Part-time


Working hours:  20 hours a week –  shifts may include weekends, evenings and early mornings


Start date:           ASAP

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a member of the Mytime Active Team. You must be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills and give evidence of experience. The successful candidate will preferably have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similiar ‘high volume’ administrative environment.


You need to be highly organised, recognise when a matter needs escalation and only give advice within your knowledge, skills and remit. Great Microsoft Excel and systems experience is essential and previous experience of using HR systems is preferred.


You will be able to work well as part of a team and autonomously, as you will be working without supervision or direction on occasions. Key skills required for this role are excellent communication, initiative, accuracy and high levels of attention to detail as you will be issuing various documentation such as training materials.


The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administration activities including systems, procedures and records of daily, weekly and monthly banking and HR administration, training and payroll reporting.
