The National Survivor User Network (NSUN) is a membership network led by people with lived experience of mental distress. We bring together over 600 local groups and 3,900 individual members to communicate, support each other, share experiences, give voice to their views and experiences in spaces of power and change things.
The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for providing leadership, developing and implementing NSUN’s strategic and business plans, leading on partnership and business development, and being an effective advocate for the organisation.
The post holder will be required to build an effective working relationship with the Board of Trustees, also provide operational management and financial control, and ensure good governance and compliance with the law and regulations across all aspects of the charity.
Role: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Hours: 30 hours – 37.5 hours (to be negotiated)
Place of Work: To be negotiated – working from home optional
Reports to: Board of Trustees
Line management: General Manager, Associates and Volunteers
Salary: £45,591 pa (Equivalent to PO6 Spinal Point 43)
Benefits: Contributory Pension Scheme
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
