Our Relationship Fundraising Team build strong relationships and partnerships with our major supporters including individuals, grant making trusts and foundations, companies and businesses.
We have brave and ambitious plans for the future and we need a highly motivated, passionate and enthusiastic team player to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage corporate relationships and partnerships using your excellent relationship management skills, whilst maximising new corporate partnership opportunities.
The successful applicant must enjoy working in a hands on highly collaborative environment and have the drive to be successful and inspire others.
You will need to have an understanding of fundraising legislation and the Fundraising Codes of Practice. In addition, you will have proven experience in either a fundraising or sales environment, working towards financial targets along with evidence of dealing with senior representatives of funding partners including corporate partners. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, you should have demonstrable people management and project management skills and be able to work independently to deliver agreed plans.
Reporting to the Head of Relationship Fundraising, you need to be confident, with the ability to deliver engaging, persuasive proposals and presentations to potential corporate partners and have excellent relationship building, organisational and partnership management skills.
