Founded in 2001, Teens and Toddlers, runs a range of programmes, which inspire young people to succeed at school, in work and in the community. We do this by giving them the life skills and self-belief they need to understand who they are, who they can become and what they can achieve.
This is a very exciting time to join Teens and Toddlers. We are embarking on a transformation programme that will enable us to better support more young people, demonstrate our impact, and create policy and practice changes that mean more children and young people can explore, achieve and exceed their potential. Our staff are ambassadors for our work and the person that joins us will play a big role in generating and shaping this new culture and ethos.
This is a key role in the organisation and critical to maintaining our partnerships with one of our principle stakeholder groups – schools. Teens and Toddlers is delivered in schools and you will be responsible for managing our relationships with the schools we work with now as well as new ones. This includes
- Working through a team of 8 staff, a pool of self-employed facilitators and volunteers you will project manage delivery to ensure that quality of service and impact is maintained, that we report back to schools in a timely and appropriate fashion and that we deliver efficiently and cost effectively.
- Making our work sustainable in the long term by selling the programme to schools.
- Working with colleagues and other stakeholders to support the development of new products and services.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
