Working Families is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Relationship Manager to create and manage a portfolio of employer members.


Working Families is the UK’s leading work life balance charity, we help working parents and carers and their employers to find a better balance between responsibilities at home and work.   We provide a dedicated helpline for parents and carers, undertake ground-breaking research and work with employers and government on promoting and implementing good working practices.


We are looking for an exceptional individual to join the team to help us grow our employer membership – enabling us to support more employers to adopt and advocate for flexible working practices that engender work life balance and improve business performance.


With proven experience in achieving financial targets and relationship management, you will recruit new members and maintain strong professional relationships with existing Working Families employer members. Working with the Head of Employer Services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a recruitment and retention plan for your portfolio of members. You will also be expected to drive income generation from sales of training products and consultancy services against agreed sales targets.


You will need to hit the ground running and have experience of commercial sales or human resources and will need to be a confident and effective communicator. We are looking for someone to work 25 hours a week and start in February 2018 for approximately 9 months.



Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
