You’ll be responsible for supporting managers in assessing and managing the contributions of volunteers, working with paid staff and volunteers to maximise the potential for volunteering at our centre. You will identify needs for volunteers at Gomde UK, lead in developing a volunteer recruitment plan and selection process and train others in the organisation to support and induct volunteers. Communicating the vision of the organisation and the part our volunteers play, you will establish links with local and national networks and support the work of our fundraising team.
The successful candidate will have experience of recruiting, supporting and managing volunteers and working harmoniously as part of a team.
